One of the compounds of cannabis is Cannabidiol or CBD. There are a number of medicinal uses for CBD oil (see below). People are more open to the medical benefits of CBD, especially now that it can be separated from the THC, known for its psychoactive effects. In order to separate CBD from the THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and other parts of the plant, it has to be extracted. The result is CBD hemp oil.

150ml Olive Oil
75g Unpasteurised Hard Goats Cheese, Ewe’s Cheese or Parmesan Cheese (optional – if not using, then add additional garlic and lemon juice to compensate)
50g Mixed Nuts chopped finely in a Food Processor in advance
